Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • The product has manufacturing issues

To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.

Items Not Eligible

  • Products damaged by improper use

  • Products without evidence of defect

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Orders past the 7-day claim window
